This site provides summaries prepared by Workplace Flexibility 2010 of those federal and selective state statutes that have been identified as impacting the development of flexible workplaces. Summaries can be accessed by clicking on the name of the relevant law. In-depth legal analyses of all the laws and how they impede and/or provide incentives for a more flexible workplace are under development.
